Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and eligibility to be registered in all states.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service and leveraging sales acumen to engage and build relationships with potential HNW clients.
• Conducting proactive outbound calls to connect with and engage potential HNW clients.
• Developing understanding of Morgan Stanley products and services to present to high-priority clients.
• Liaising with internal teams to address client inquiries, requests and complex needs promptly.
• Exceeding client expectations and supporting onboarding, deepening and retention through education and white-glove service.
• Identifying and gathering net new assets from existing E*TRADE clients and prospects.
• Educating clients on E*TRADE platforms and maximising offering benefits.
• Focusing on performance, sales, customer satisfaction and overall experience.
• Mitigating risk by adhering to company policies and procedures.
