Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and eligibility to register in all states.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and leverage sales acumen to engage high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to connect with potential HNW clients.
• Develop understanding of Morgan Stanley products to present solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries and complex needs promptly.
• Exceed client expectations and support onboarding, deepening, and retention.
• Educate clients on E*TRADE platforms and Morgan Stanley offerings.
