Job summary

The Platinum Relationship Manager at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley will focus on retaining and growing the firm’s most valuable retail clients, delivering white-glove service and understanding client goals while aligning with Morgan Stanley’s broad product suite. Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of client service experience.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and ability to be registered in all states and territories.
Brokerage or financial services experience with high net worth or active traders is preferred.

Responsibilities

Retain and grow the firm’s most valuable retail clients with white-glove service.
Provide product education, trade facilitation and connect clients with Morgan Stanley offerings.
Apply knowledge of futures and contracts trading to assist clients.
Address client issues with strong problem solving for a world-class experience.
Coordinate with internal support teams to meet client service needs on time.
Identify opportunities to maximize all Morgan Stanley products and services.
Maintain focus on performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Mitigate risk by adhering to company policies and procedures.
