Qualifications
- California Driver's License in good standing required.
- 6 months guest service experience required.
- High School Diploma / GED desirable.
- Bell and Door service experience at premium hotel desirable.
- Experience in a gaming environment desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest valet parking: collect keys, inspect vehicle, tag, park, and retrieve with proper receipts.
- Log guest information into the valet system and ensure accuracy.
- Greet guests, assist with luggage, and log wheelchair usage when needed.
- Offer bell and door attendant service, transport luggage, and inform guests about features.
- Provide on/off-site transportation for tribal, casino, and resort guests.
- Monitor shuttle routes and ensure passenger safety.
