Job summary

Alpha hires leaders and growth coaches to motivate and elevate high-potential students across campus locations in the United States. This role centers on mentorship, high expectations, and rigorous personal standards, with in-person engagement in select cities.

You will guide students through 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, life-skill mastery, and daily kickoffs, while leveraging performance data to push for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain.
• At least 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring youth.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus across listed US locations; legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using performance data to set targets and ensure accountability.
• Lead structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery with credible examples from elite backgrounds.
• Set daily campus expectations through focused morning kickoffs to promote high performance.
• Monitor student progress in real time and adapt coaching methods based on data.
• Build trusted relationships with students and families through consistent motivation strategies.
