Alpha is hiring a Student Excellence Coach to empower K-12 students with elite-level mentorship using AI-driven 1-on-1 coaching. You’ll fuel growth through high-expectation coaching and structured life-skills workshops.

The role emphasizes direct student impact, not curriculum design, with extensive data-driven coaching and daily culture-setting. Relocation support is provided for multiple U.S. campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus across multiple U.S. locations with relocation support.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery.
• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery using Alpha's system.
• Set and reinforce high-performance cultural tone each morning.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
