Responsibilities

• Conduct facility walk through to ensure a clean, safe and guest-friendly atmosphere and ambiance.
• Complete administrative office work to include emails and voicemails, entering sales reports, paying invoices, checking deliveries.
• Review previous day’s sales reports to ensure accuracy; investigate discrepancies and submit financial data accordingly.
• Communicate discrepancies or important information to management and corporate staff.
• Review reservations and events to ensure proper staffing based on projected volume.
• Perform kitchen and bar line checks and review inventory with Chef.
• Set, submit and achieve budgeted sales and profit levels and monitor performance.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to review menu changes and promotions.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff for proper execution of standards.
• Recruit, hire and train restaurant personnel and develop plans for growth.
• Develop catering and private dining sales and partnerships.
