AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Louisiana to bring customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. You will connect with warm prospects, deliver hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery while closing deals and keeping customers connected to what matters most.

Expect paid training, evenings/weekends, a company vehicle, and uncapped commissions with top earners up to $100,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive (company vehicle provided)
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check including drug screening and motor vehicle record required

Responsibilities

• Kick things off with paid training – setting you up to work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily and engage with warm prospects.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and keep customers connected.
