Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences across multiple Louisiana-area locations. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, assess Wi‑Fi needs, and finalize sales with hands-on demos and service delivery.

Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures; base pay plus incentives, training provided. This role requires a valid driver's license, a willingness to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to build rapport

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers daily and engage with warm prospects effectively.
• Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments and meet sales goals.
