Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You will connect with clients, deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech deliveries while pursuing sales goals with uncapped commissions.

You'll start with paid training, work in the field with scheduled appointments, and enjoy benefits like medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions and demonstrations
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery
• Engage with customers at scheduled appointments in the field
• Maintain relationships and support customers to ensure satisfaction
