Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You will engage customers with personalized sales interactions, close deals through demos and Wi‑Fi assessments, and keep customers connected with AT&T’s latest technology and services.

With paid training, ongoing coaching, and a path to top earners with uncapped commissions up to six figures, this role rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
