Responsibilities

• Processes information from callers, including nature, severity, location, and incident status.
• Determines appropriate response and dispatches units accordingly.
• Maintains, updates, and researches information within TCIC/NCIC and TLETS/NLETS databases.
• Performs crisis intervention with distraught callers during high‑risk situations.
