Job summary

Sonic Automotive’s Honda West in Las Vegas seeks an E-Sales Agent to engage customers interested in new and pre-owned vehicles. The role aims to generate sales appointments and drive foot traffic to the dealership with prompt, professional, and courteous responses.

You will work with lead management tools and CRM to manage initial guest engagement, learn products, and understand inventory, finance, and incentives while continuously improving customer service and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment screening including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats.
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address questions and needs.
• Facilitate providing guests with price and purchasing information.
• Provide payment options and quotes.
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments.
• Maintain follow up with active guests and manage organizers.
• Adhere to outreach cadence for new inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of KPIs and performance.
