Honda West in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an E-Sales Agent to engage with customers interested in new or pre-owned vehicles. You will respond to online inquiries and calls, delivering a premium customer experience to generate appointments and drive traffic to the dealership.

You will use lead management tools and CRM software to manage initial guest engagement, learn products, finance options, and incentives. This role offers performance-based compensation and requires evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year call center or sales experience required.
• Ability to multitask and meet goals.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.

• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
