Job summary

Honda West in Las Vegas, NV, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. You’ll greet customers, learn their needs, and help them choose the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

This Full Time, commission-based role offers earning potential from $50,000 to $200,000 with draw plus commission. Applicants should have strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Self-motivated with a commission-based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
