Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Technician to join our enterprise team. You will diagnose and resolve end-user hardware and software problems, install and configure devices, and support video conferencing across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include imaging desktops, managing incidents via ticketing systems, and ensuring SLA adherence. Strong communication and customer-service orientation are essential; some after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a production networked environment supporting desktops and printers
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS suites
• High School Diploma or equivalent; A+, MCDST certifications desired

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and video conference support
• Install, patch, upgrade software; troubleshoot end-user problems
• Monitor, document, and track issues to ensure timely resolution
• Configure workstations with images and required software
