Job summary

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking experienced Deskside Support/Desktop Support Analysts to provide enterprise-level technical support across geographically dispersed government environments. The role involves end-user assistance with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise endpoint infrastructure, in support of EEIM initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in desktop IT operations, a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, and relevant DoD or federal government exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and enterprise endpoint devices.
• Familiarity with endpoint management, patching, and software deployment.
• Knowledge of ITSM and incident management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, image, deploy, and maintain Windows operating systems and endpoint devices.
• Support software deployment, upgrades, and patch management activities.
• Monitor endpoint health and ensure policy compliance across the fleet.
• Coordinate with network and cybersecurity teams to resolve enterprise issues.
