Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage cash, close, payroll, and compliance across domestic and international operations, while shaping financial strategy and team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Progressive accounting experience with supervisory leadership is expected.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and advanced Excel are essential; ERP/POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash management, banking relationships, bank reconciliations, and payables across domestic and international accounts.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory costing in Sage.
• Supervise payroll processing and oversee compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Oversee 5 direct reports and multiple indirect reports; monitor the POS/ordering system and support on-time shipping and fulfillment.
• Oversee OSHA compliance, annual audit, tax filings, and HR/insurance renewal processes.
