This role requires a finance leader who can balance high-level strategy with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong analytical and leadership skills. Located in Oak Brook, IL, this full-time position offers a competitive salary up to $160K plus a bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
• Experience with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
