• Provide and maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, transport and experiences to meet guest requests.
• Resolve guest issues using judgment and service expertise and escalate when needed.
• Delegate duties to the team while maintaining exceptional standards of service.
• Ensure discretion, privacy and confidentiality for every guest.
• Assist room operations during peak periods to ensure seamless service.
