Job summary

MD² Bellevue is seeking a seasoned Medical Assistant for a full-time role at our exclusive concierge primary care practice in The Overlake Medical Pavilion. You will join two physicians and three medical staff to deliver unmatched, patient-centered care with a focus on hospitality and personalized service.

In this role, you will perform primary care tasks and clinic admin duties, greet patients, maintain confidentiality, and support a high-standard clinical operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of primary practice/clinic experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening ability.
• Ability to draw blood.
• Proficiency with spirometry, EKG, audiogram and stress tests.
• Willingness to adhere to operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the door and assist throughout the appointment.
• Deliver compassionate patient care with empathy and understanding.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere for physicians and staff.
• Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
• Support clinical operations and standards of care.
• Facilitate communication between physicians, staff and leadership.
• Develop relationships with specialists to aid patient care.
