MD² East 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan is a private concierge primary care practice seeking a seasoned Medical Assistant. This full-time role blends clinical tasks with office administration, delivering exceptional patient experiences at a relaxed pace.

You will work with a small, elite team to uphold hospitality, confidentiality, and high professional standards while supporting physicians and staff in a highly personalized environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a seasoned professional with 5+ years of clinic experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening ability.
• Ability to draw blood with ease.
• Ability to perform spirometry, EKG, audiogram and stress tests.
• Able to comply with operational standards and requirements.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and leadership.
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit patients at home or office.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Aptitude for operating and troubleshooting software programs.
• Ability to function effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist during appointments.
• Provide empathy and high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to a professional atmosphere with physicians and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Support operations and clinical standards of the practice.
