MD² Bellevue is seeking a seasoned Medical Assistant to join our exclusive concierge primary care team. This full-time role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to a private, patient-centric practice that emphasizes hospitality and personalized care.

You will work alongside two physicians and a small clinical team, performing core clinical tasks and clinic administration while delivering exceptional patient experiences at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of primary care/clinic experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening ability.
• Ability to draw blood.
• Proficient with spirometry, EKG, audiogram and stress tests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the door and assist them throughout their appointment.
• Ensure the highest level of empathy, kindness and understanding in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to the professional atmosphere required by the physicians and staff.
• Maintain the strictest level of patient confidentiality.
• Assist the practice in delivering the highest level of operation and clinical standards.
• Ensure effective, ongoing communication between practice physicians/staff and corporate leadership.
• Develop relationships with key specialists in order to facilitate patient care.
