Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, consistently applying the club’s service standards. This non-lead role supports dining operations and assists in service duties as required.

Teamwork, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence are essential as you engage guests, maintain cleanliness, and participate in daily briefings and tasks to ensure a seamless experience for all members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service and follow the Invited F&B service training program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure complete knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, keeping work areas organized and stocked.
• Follow club cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
