Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business and at least three years of relevant experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in Events or Food & Beverage Service Industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills required.
• Oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-faceted events such as weddings and club events.
• Collaborate with department heads to create exceptional events.
• Prepare accurate Banquet Event Orders and room diagrams.
• Supervise event order specifications.
• Create weekly and monthly catering reports.
