Base pay range

Reports to: Director of Sales and Catering

Position Summary

The Catering Coordinator assists sales and catering managers in achieving customer satisfaction by performing administrative duties relating to members, guests, Club communications and sales.

Essential Functions

• Answer office phones when sales staff not available. Respond to all inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
• Work closely with other departments and assist with booking committee meetings
• Responsible for BEO Distribution and Change log management
• Assist with processing deposits and payments
• Handle all Private Dining Reservations and work closely with our members with their event needs
• Assist with printing needs (menus, parking vouchers, breakfast vouchers, etc.)
• Attend daily BEO meetings to help communicate changes to the team
• Always display a neat and business-like appearance
• Assist with VIP tour planning and gift preparation, check rooms, meeting space, and amenities
• Provide tours of the club if needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience: Prefer 1-2 years of Catering office experience in a luxury hotel or club setting.
• Additional Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required; excellent communication, organization, and service-oriented people skills. Experience working with Delphi.
