Job summary

Wild Rose Casino & Hotel Clinton is seeking an Executive Casino Host to deliver exceptional guest services while implementing strategies to attract and retain players as outlined in the Player Development program. You will support revenue objectives and work with the Player Development Manager and Marketing leadership.

You will supervise the host team, engage high-value players, and promote events and promotions on the casino floor, ensuring top-tier service and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license.
• Sales, marketing and/or customer relations experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and participate in the Player Development program.
• Achieve revenue goals through increased share of wallet and trips.
• Manage the Player Development team.
• Proactively engage with new or potential players and foster interest in offerings.
• Provide personalized service tailored to players' preferences.
• Resolve player issues preserving goodwill and satisfaction.
• Drive participation by promoting card acquisition on the gaming floor.
• Highlight events to individuals or groups during casino floor interactions.
