Cardone Ventures is hiring a Business Services Sales Advisor to drive revenue from consulting and managed services across client businesses. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing, including engaging at events and converting inbound inquiries.

Expect a fast-paced, results-driven environment with uncapped commissions and a base salary plus performance incentives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, SMB experience, and a disciplined, coachable mindset.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• 2+ years SMB sales experience preferred, not required.
• Demonstrated history of discipline or performance in any arena (sales, athletics, academics, military, service industry, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients over the phone, effectively utilizing sales strategies to close deals.
• Set three appointments per day by uncovering pain points, presenting the Business Services solution, & highlighting the value and benefits of the event to qualified business owners.
• Generate cash sales while meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in daily sales training with Cardone University platform, sales meetings and call reviews.
