Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Certification: Montana Food Handlers & Alcohol Handlers.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain sanitation and follow DOH standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent beverage service and hospitality to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station.
• Follow health and safety regulations and tips pool rules.
• Engage with guests and build relationships with regulars.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
