Job summary

The Genuine Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender for a full-time position. The Bartender will take beverage orders from guests and servers, prepare and serve drinks per standard recipes, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar.

The role includes handling payments, assisting with bar inventory, and welcoming regular guests with personalized service. Must be at least 21, have 3+ years of high-volume bartending experience, be able to learn the menu, and operate a POS system efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bartending experience in high-volume concepts
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor
• Be 21 years of age
• Ability to handle money and operate a POS system
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Record drink orders into the POS system accurately.
• Accept guest payments and process transactions.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock bar inventory.
• Greet regulars by name and provide recommendations.
