Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve a variety of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintain a clean bar area, and ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.

The role requires 21+ with ability to obtain ABLE Liquor and Gaming licenses, and offers a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Previous high-volume experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Able to obtain Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience as bartender in high-volume bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies during shifts.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
