Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging, elevated guest experiences. This role combines technical skill, product knowledge, and hospitality to drive beverage revenue and guest satisfaction. This is a team player position working with other team members in our restaurants outlets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
• Maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs
• Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails
• Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence
• Ensure bar setup and breakdown, bar area cleanliness, and organization to meet established standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Maintain proper cash handling and point of sale (POS) accuracy
• Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
• Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner
• Support service staff with requests on an as-needed basis to support guest/visitor needs

Compensation

This is an hourly position with the opportunity for on-call or part-time hours and a base wage of $8.00 per hour + tips. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.
