Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces per BEOs.
• Provide professional food and beverage service for meals and receptions.
• Serve according to established service standards and techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer questions.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly during events.
• Clear tables and refresh beverages; keep spaces clean.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Support bartenders and beverage stations as needed.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Handle loading, unloading, and storage of equipment.
• Participate in opening/closing and post-event breakdown.
• Collaborate with banquet captains and culinary staff to ensure smooth events.
• Provide exceptional guest service with professional appearance.
