Thunder Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Banquet Cook to prepare hot and cold items for on-site and off-site events, including In-Room Dining. You will work with the Banquet Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure recipes, portions, and presentation meet established standards.

Daily duties include stock, follow SOPs and BEOs, set up stations, plate meals, and maintain safety and sanitation. Strong knife skills and high-volume experience are essential.

Formación

• Two years of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to read tickets, BEOs, and production sheets.
• Able to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare hot and cold foods for events and outlets according to recipes and standards.
• Follow BEOs, FIFO, and proper labeling to ensure portion control.
• Set up stations, plate meals, and garnish with elevated presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Assist Banquet Chef and Sous Chefs with daily production and stock.
• Communicate with managers about department activities and issues.
