Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant culinary certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of dishes for banquets, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and special events.
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines with accuracy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely service.
• Utilize grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, and roasting techniques as needed.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and waste reduction.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Adhere to appearance standards and safety requirements in the kitchen.
