Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One or more years' commercial cooking experience required.
• One or more years' guest service experience required.
• High volume commercial cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties of all Food & Beverage team members.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to recipes, menus and demand.
• Ensures food storage areas are clean, organized, labeled and dated.
• Maintains a clean, organized, sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Adheres to all food safety regulations and company policies.
• May be assigned to various venues throughout the property based on business needs.
