Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an Outside B2B Sales Representative in the Miami area. You will target small and mid-sized businesses, prospect for new opportunities, and manage existing accounts while selling a portfolio of business technology solutions.

The role emphasizes a hunter mentality, relationship building, and consistent prospecting to grow revenue. Base salary is $60,000 with commission opportunities and a total target OTE of $100,000+, plus benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
• Hunter mentality to grow the territory
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Self-motivated with strong organization and territory planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities in the Miami territory
• Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of existing accounts
• Generate new business via cold outreach, networking, referrals and territory development
• Conduct discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives
• Present customized technology solutions to improve productivity and operations
• Sell imaging products, software, VoIP, IT infra, and services
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve activity and revenue goals
• Develop and execute an organized territory sales strategy
• Stay current on tech solutions and industry trends
• Participate in networking events and company-sponsored activities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with customers
