Job summary

AD Solutions is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Account Executive to expand our Palm Beach County business in workplace technology and document solutions. You will engage owners and decision-makers, present tailored demonstrations, and close deals with a structured ramp-up and local travel only.

You will work with a family-owned team in Florida, earning a base plus uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures as you build relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in copier/document imaging industry, office technology, telecommunications, production print, or other consultative B2B sales environments
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout Palm Beach County.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual customer meetings.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend customized workplace technology and document solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals that demonstrate value.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline using the company CRM.
• Partner with Operations, Solutions, and Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging workplace technology solutions.
