Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an Event Services Technician to join our team at Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle. The role focuses on setup, operation, and strike of AV systems with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service during events.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding operation of equipment, and maintaining clear client communication throughout events, while ensuring inventory is secure and in good working order.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong technical aptitude and comfort with audio/visual equipment.
• Able to plan ahead, prioritize tasks, and manage on-site operations.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support floor operations for events, including setup, strike, and operation of AV and related tech.
• Greet guests, provide clear instructions, and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Ensure inventory and equipment are tracked, secure, and in working order.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety policies, and company security measures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s event experience.
