Job summary

Puget Collision in Arvada, CO is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician. The role involves restoring vehicles with light to heavy damage to manufacturer specifications, including OE standards, DRP parts, and ADAS calibrations. A skilled welder and strong safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities include disassembly, bolt-on and welded part replacement, and ensuring quality repairs within production timelines while mentoring an apprentice and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• I-CAR Gold Class and ASE certifications are advantageous.
• Complete understanding of light-to-heavy collision repair.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines for repair work.
• Welding and panel fitting skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs adhere to OE standards, DRP part choices, and ADAS requirements.
• Complete disassembly of vehicles.
• Refit new bolt-on and welded parts (bumpers, fenders, grills, moldings).
• Restore repaired areas to original manufacturer specifications including alignments.
• Check parts for accuracy and report discrepancies to Estimator.
• Work efficiently to meet RO delivery date.
• Guide and support assigned apprentices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S practices.
