Job summary

Puget Collision in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to restore vehicles damaged by collisions. You will assess exterior damage, repair to OE standards, and ensure the correct parts, panels, and welding techniques are used.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting delivery targets. Experience in light to heavy repair, knowledge of ADAS, and I-CAR/AES certifications is preferred; a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• I-CAR Gold Class and ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of light to heavy automobile collision repair.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines for repair.
• Skilled welder for panels and bolt-on parts.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written RO/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs adhere to OE standards and ADAS calibration requirements.
• Complete vehicle disassembly and refit of parts.
• Refit bumpers, fenders, grills, moldings, and welded items.
• Restore repaired areas to original manufacturer specifications (alignment, chassis, frame).
• Check part accuracy and notify estimators of discrepancies.
• Work efficiently to meet RO delivery targets.
• Guide and mentor assigned apprentices.
