You will assist with information, scheduling, and daily operations, while upholding high standards of service and professionalism in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Must have administrative experience and understand basic marketing concepts.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word; basic reception skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail sales knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Distribute daily locker rentals and make reservations for facilities.
• Welcome members and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain front desk standards and relay information to staff.
• Assist communication across departments and with supervision.
• Be aware of amenities and schedules and provide information as needed.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and route calls accordingly.
• Support other departments with clerical tasks and supplies.
