Job summary

Flying Horse Resort & Club in Colorado Springs seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented host to welcome guests, seat them using OpenTable, and manage coat checks. Availability must include nights and weekends to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized; able to multitask.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present a positive first impression; nights/weekends required.
• Escort guests to dining area, present menus and announce waiter name.
• Use OpenTable to seat guests in bar or dining area per preference.
• Answer calls, take to-go orders, answer questions about events, coordinate with banquet as needed.
• Manage guest flow and provide accurate wait times.
• Attend to special guest needs and requests throughout dining experience.
