Responsibilities

• Identify and review reservations for top-tier and International Business Class customers.
• Ensure that special service requests are met.
• Communicate through the global network of Air Canada Concierge Service agents.
• Greet and assist high-value or prestige customers.
• Provide assistance to customers with special needs.
• Proactively follow up on correspondence and modify reservations as needed.
• Collaborate with Super Elite Reservations and Customer Relations to address service failures.
• Maintain the Concierge Service Agent Library and daily log.
• Develop a network of resource persons to respond to diverse customer requests.
