Job summary

SP+ at Bags, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist travelers at the Fort Lauderdale airport. You will check in passengers, handle luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide flight information with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

The role requires early shifts, weekend/holiday availability, outdoor work in all weather, and compliance training. A background check and pre-employment drug test are part of the process; prior guest service

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the curbside desk and assist with check-in.
• Verify flight itinerary and number of bags; weigh luggage as needed.
• Process check-in and collect payments for bags per airline requirements.
• Tag luggage with destination and provide boarding passes.
• Maintain professional, courteous service in a fast-paced environment.
