• Communicate through the global network of Air Canada Concierge Service agents.
• Greet and assist high-value or prestige customers.
• Provide assistance to customers with special needs.
• Proactively follow up on correspondence and modify reservations as needed.
• Collaborate with Super Elite Reservations and Customer Relations to address service failures.
• Maintain the Concierge Service Agent Library and daily log.
• Develop a network of resource persons to respond to diverse customer requests.

• Ability to comply with Air Canada uniform and dress code guidelines;
• Ability to meet Air Canada medical standards as part of a medical examination;
• Proven punctuality and reliability to promote overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
• Candidates must be able to work shifts in an active 24/7 operating environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays;
• Hiring is conditional upon compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (USCBP) requirements and obtaining a customs seal and airport badge;
