Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.
• Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for turning complex coverage details into clear, relatable advice.
• Knowledge of Windham County and surrounding market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with local families and businesses to understand their unique risk management needs.
