Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.

• Analyze client risks and recommend coverage solutions for peace of mind.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance producer license.
• Three or more years of experience managing a book of insurance business.
• High level of comfort navigating complex policy documents and carrier guidelines.
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage your own pipeline independently.
• Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and agency management systems.
• Active Life and Health license is a significant plus.
• Local connection to the Salisbury area and established community roots.
