Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Elite Agent to join our Butler, PA base. You will develop a local client base, translating complex policy language into clear guidance while balancing client meetings with administrative duties.

You will establish long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups, supported by a strong knowledge of insurance products and risk assessment. The role emphasizes service over sales and local community impact.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• At least 3 years of successful experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
• Deep familiarity with insurance coverage structures and risk assessment.
• Proficiency with digital documentation and agency management software.
• Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to Butler, PA.
• Excellent public speaking and ability to explain complex policy details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a local client base by identifying individuals and families needing tailored protection.
• Conduct coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly shielded from risks.
