The Atlantic District is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our Susquehanna team. You’ll meet with neighbors, assess needs, and guide both personal and small business clients through coverage options, translating complex terms into clear peace of mind.

This role emphasizes a strong sales track record, exceptional communication, and the ability to work with digital records and underwriting teams to ensure accurate policy processing.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrable history of success in sales roles.
• Strong comfort with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Ability to articulate complex coverage details in clear language.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Susquehanna area community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss their insurance needs and long-term goals.
• Evaluate current coverage plans and offer thoughtful recommendations for improvement.
• Manage incoming inquiries and walk-in clients with patience and professional warmth.
• Maintain accurate records of all policy updates and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the underwriting department to ensure all paperwork is processed correctly.
• Participate in local community events to build awareness and share the value of our agency.
